    PREPARATION - 50 GRAMS BLUE

    Pour 750 to 850 ml of water over the ground coffee for 3.30 to 4 minutes at a water temperature of 92-96 degrees. The amount and temperature of water can be varied to enhance or weaken certain aromas and flavor characteristics.
