    PREPARATION - 50 grams RED

    Pour 700 to 750 ml of water over the ground coffee for 3 to 3.30 minutes at a water temperature of 92-96 degrees. The amount and temperature of water can be varied to enhance or weaken certain aromas and flavor characteristics.
