Our classic. Everything here is focused on balance. Through the careful selection of green coffees and a medium degree of roasting, a variety of aromas can emerge, with a nice sweetness and a well-integrated acidity.

    Preparation instructions

    Filter - balanced

    • Coffee: 15 g
    • Water: 225 g
    • Brew Ratio: 1:15
    • Temperature: 94 °C
    • Time: 2:30 - 3:00 min
    • Grind size: medium (800-900µm)

    Start the timer and first pour 45g of water in calm, circular movements so that the coffee grounds are evenly and completely moistened.

    After 45 seconds , you then pour on 60g of water three times – the last two infusions are each 30 seconds apart.

    Filter - intense

    • Coffee: 15 g
    • Water: 210 g
    • Brew ratio: 1:14
    • Temperature: 92 °C
    • Time: 3 - 3:30 min
    • Grind size: medium (800-900µm)

    Start the timer and first pour 50g of water in calm, circular movements so that the coffee grounds are evenly and completely moistened.

    Then pour on 80g of water twice, 45 seconds apart.
