

About the origin of green coffee
The green coffee comes from the Buenos Aires farm, which is run by Saul Torres and his family, and Saul has been growing coffee for 40 years.
Saul is committed to the sustainable cultivation of his farm and does not use any chemical treatments on the plants, instead checking them personally. His farm is surrounded by a diverse ecosystem of guamo trees, mangoes and a variety of wildlife, including armadillos and guans, and he also supports the community in maintaining and expanding the infrastructure.
