    About the origin of green coffee

    The green coffee comes from the Buenos Aires farm, which is run by Saul Torres and his family, and Saul has been growing coffee for 40 years.

    Saul is committed to the sustainable cultivation of his farm and does not use any chemical treatments on the plants, instead checking them personally. His farm is surrounded by a diverse ecosystem of guamo trees, mangoes and a variety of wildlife, including armadillos and guans, and he also supports the community in maintaining and expanding the infrastructure.

    Fehlt ein wenig Punch, aber als Daily Coffee ok

    Ich habe ehrlich gesaht ein wenig mehr erwartet. Ist ein solider Roast, aber es fehlt für meinen persönlichen Geschmack noch etwas an "Punch" - also einfach Geschmack. Ich muss die Mischung schon sehr stark machen. Aber hey, Geschmäcker sind verschieden. Dies ist nur meine persönliche Meinung.

    Guter Kaffee

    Wie gewohnt guter Kaffee. Leider nicht nachvollziehbar, wieso dieser hier in 1kg angeboten wird, GRÜN und GELB jedoch nicht. Schade.

    Leider eine andere Bohne als früher, trotzdem gut

    Früher war die Mischung mit 50% Espresso aus Sumatra von der Asman Gayo Mühle. Himmlisch.
    Leider wurde die Bohne ohne Vorwarnung gewechselt. Sie schmeckt auch. Mit meiner Bestellung hatte ich mir aber das vorherige Geschmackserlebnis gewünscht. Schade.

    Hallo Max, bei unseren Kaffees Yellow, Green & Blue wechseln die Rohkaffees recht regelmäßig. Das hängt damit zusammen, dass wir diese zumeist gar nicht in so großer Menge bekommen.

    Wenn die Kaffees wechseln, kommunizieren wir dies über die Startseite und tauschen zeitgleich alle Informationen auf der Seite des Produktes aus.

    Es freut uns zu hören, dass dir auch der neue BLUE gut geschmeckt hat.

    vielschichtig und funky

    Ich trinke den Kaffee als espresso mit 30sekunden Bloom. Komplex, fruchtig, funky,funktioniert!
