    PREPARATION - 50 GRAMS BLACK

    Pour 700 to 750 ml of water over the ground coffee for 3 to 3.5 minutes at a water temperature of 92 degrees. The amount and temperature of water can be varied to enhance or weaken certain aromas and flavor characteristics.
